At such a young age, Steven should be enjoying childhood, laughter, and carefree days, but instead she is now facing a difficult journey filled with medical tests, treatments, and uncertainty. As her family fights alongside her with love and hope, they are also carrying the overwhelming emotional and financial burden of hospital visits, specialist care, and ongoing treatment. Living with a physical disability, the mother faces daily challenges that make even the simplest tasks difficult. Despite her own struggles, she continues to do everything she can to care for her daughter with love, strength, and comfort.
Several years ago, the girl’s father left the family. Since then, the mother has been raising her daughter alone while carrying the responsibilities of parenthood and the burden of her own physical limitations.
Recently, their lives were turned upside down.
Her 4-year-old daughter, Steven Dawn, was diagnosed with a brain tumor and central nervous system tumor. At an age when she should be enjoying childhood, laughter, and carefree days, Steven is now facing hospital visits, medical tests, specialist consultations, and a long and uncertain treatment journey.
For a single mother already living with a disability, the emotional and financial burden is overwhelming. More than anything, she hopes to see her daughter recover, grow up healthy, go to school, and live the life every child deserves.
